This promotion is offered to Verizon postpaid wireless consumer subscribers only within the contiguous United States with a qualified plan to receive data paid for and solicited by the sponsor. Promotional data can only be applied to domestic data usage.

If you have met all the conditions and are eligible to receive the promotion data offer, the data will be automatically applied to the Verizon Wireless account associated with the Verizon Wireless mobile phone number provided by you and will be shared by all lines on the Verizon Wireless account. The promotional data will be decremented before your monthly data allowance is charged (in other words, we use the promotional data up before your monthly data allowance) and it will expire at the end of your next scheduled bill cycle regardless of whether or not you use all the data allotted.

Promotional data has no cash value, is not returnable or refundable, and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Promotional data is not transferable and will not be prorated. Promotional data can only be used for postpaid data service and cannot be used to purchase any prepaid wireless services (including, but not limited to, voice services, text messages or data services), digital goods, equipment, or other goods and services. If you terminate or cancel your postpaid Verizon Wireless account, or switch to a non-qualifying plan or ineligible account type, your promotional data may be forfeited. A maximum of 11 promotional data offers can be featured on an account in any given month, therefore, if you receive a 12th offer or more you will be unable to accept the additional offers and they will be forfeited. Promotional data is only applicable for future data usage and cannot be applied to accrued data charges or overages on your Verizon Wireless account.
